On the Road Again

Well, Jim is on his way back to Canada and I am back to reality.  Reality seems to be kicking my *%$$. I called in sick today for the first time in a year and a half.
We had a great weekend.  We rented a car and headed out to Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Skegness, Louth and York.  I did okay driving but this time we had a manual transmission and despite having a great time I still managed to get beeped at.  I seem to have a habit of not committing to lanes in the round-abouts.  Still, I had so much fun.

18 gauge rail in Cleethorpes.

Forsythia and Lincoln Cathedral.  (This one is for Dorothy and Dad, love and miss you both.)

Lincoln Cathedral has an artist in residence.  This is one of her final pieces which I love the artist statement as much as the work.

In Lincoln.

Skegness.

I took Jim to camera club friday night and we played with oil and water.  Above is a sample of my genius abilities, lol.
